With 30 years experience covering residential building and remodeling, from starter homes to $15 million dollar mansions on the beach, I held a Massachusetts general contractor's license for 15 years while living there, and also have 5 plus years of retail store construction and remodeling experience including many logistically problematic downtown remodels of operating stores in Boston, Providence, Worcester, Waterbury, Philly, and D.C., to name a few.
The last 10 years in southwest Florida have mainly focused on high end trim carpentry including crown molding, beam and ceiling details, wainscoting, cabinetry, and stairs for such builders as Michelangelo Homes, WCI, Sandcastle Construction, Florida Lifestyles, Divco, as well as cabinet installs for suppliers such as Lewis Millwork, Quality Millwork, and Acme Millwork; along with general construction, maintenance, and remodeling projects directly for homeowners.
